I am a women’s health coach, menopause specialist and public speaker helping women and organisations understand how female health impacts performance, confidence and career longevity.
My work is shaped by both expertise and lived experience. I went through menopause at 31 while building businesses and leading teams, which gave me a deep understanding of what women are navigating quietly at work and at home.
I now support women through coaching that combines training, nutrition and hormonal health, and I work with companies to create practical support for women in the workplace.
I speak openly about menopause, mental wellbeing and performance, helping leaders and teams have conversations that are long overdue.

4.5kg down and 10% lower body fat
A busy dad of two, the main focus for my client was to lose visceral fat around his stomach, lose body fat and increase muscle mass.
Through focus on weight training and a high protein diet he dropped nearly 5kg in weight, 10% in body fat and vastly improved his overall health and performance.

Before working with me, my client had not found an exercise regime that they enjoyed or that delivered results.
Together we put together a programme that increased cardiovascular workouts for fat loss 3 times a week before reducing this to incorporate two strength workouts and created a balanced nutritional programme that allowed for shift work patterns.

5kg down and 6% drop in body fat
After our first session together, my client made a promise to herself that she would prioritise herself and her health. We put together 3 training sessions a week, alongside a nutritional programme that created healthy eating habits alongside being a busy mum.
In 8 short weeks, she changed her body composition, learnt more about food and lost over 2 stone.

Lost 3kg bodyweight, dropped 5% bodyfat and added muscle tone!
Following 2 pregnancies, my client decided on taking on the marathon as a physical challenge.
We worked together to create a nutritional plan and training schedule that focused on building endurance and completing the marathon before embarking on a 6 week cutting phase to drop body fat and increase muscle mass.
